I noticed this line up top about the same size as the lettering- possibly connected to it. What is that from? Is it a mint error?

Looks like a Die Chip and yes it's a mint error. Die Chips are fun to find but mostly a common error.

It isn't really an error.

It's a die event. As the die wears, die chips and die cracks become more frequent.

It's worth keeping, but it isn't what you would call an error coin.

Research Cud. Looks more like a gas bubble or plating debris to me.
