Second, yes the pic you have supplied is a bit out of focus, but having an image of the other side would be even more helpful I think. Since you have included two pictures of the same side, I'm guessing that you used the same file name for both pictures and then the second image overwrote the first one. Please add back the picture of the first side using a different filename and we should be able to help you. I do agree with @gincoin that it looks like ancient greece, but it would be nice to narrow that down some for you.
