Hi everyone. I know very minimal about coins but have ran across this one. I wanted to assume it's nothing special but I then I wonder how it became to look like this.... Any ideas? Is it just glue? Is it something special?

Looks like glue that someone has pressed another CENT into.
You can tell by the reverse lettering. Soak it in acetone for awhile and it should come off.

I will try that and see what happens. It's always fascinating to me what the coins' story may be!

It does look like glue. What does the reverse look like?

Glue, or some other solid having hardened after being in a liquid or semi-liquid state. Lovely.
