Hello everyone.

I found a 1941 Mercury dime in a penny roll. What are these made out of? silver?

Which letter is the mint mark the S on the Reverse or the funky looking w on obverse?

All opinions and observations are appreciated.

Yes. Made of 90% silver. Nice find!
The S is the mint mark for San Francisco. The W is actually AW and is the designers initials Adolph Weinman
