To Bobby are you sure look at the last 9 in the first picture top left of the 9 and right in the circle part you can see the 7 coming down

I think you're seeing a small die chip at the top of the 9 which perhaps would look like the upper part of a 7, but even if true, the 7 would be way too high. The bottom line is I think you're seeing something that just isn't there, sorry. The date overall has circulation flattening, but that's about it. Keep searching!
