merclover Bedrock of the Community United States 10635 Posts	Posted 12/18/2020 3:25 pm I think you're seeing a small die chip at the top of the 9 which perhaps would look like the upper part of a 7, but even if true, the 7 would be way too high. The bottom line is I think you're seeing something that just isn't there, sorry. The date overall has circulation flattening, but that's about it. Keep searching! Report this Post to the Staff
