I'm not sure it's the overdate. The die chip above star 13 is missing and the underlying 5 should be well protected but differs from other known examples. In terms of grade G6 appears right.

Couldn't comment on the overdate, but agree G-06 sounds about right.

Die chip is hard to see for sure but the position of the 6th star left of coronet tip is only found on that die variety.
