With that obverse wear, can't go over VG-10.

I'm at F-15...judging by the hair detail exposed from under her cap....

Obverse was poorly struck up for sure, whether it was a thin planchet, worn die, die spacing what have you. The reverse is a solid VF but that obverse would bring it down to F12.

Reverse is so nice compared to the obverse wear. So I'm in at F15 also.......

Very old cleaning, but market acceptable. The reverse is nice for the grade. On the F-12/F-15 fence, but I think an eye appeal adjustment holds it to F-12.

F15 OBV weak - nicer REV. Nice coin!

That was my thought above, mostly because I think the obverse usually carries the grade in a situation like this. But I would not be surprised to see it in a Fine older at either of the major TPGs.
