I'm going to go with solid Fine also and I've decided to leave the numerical system behind because lately I've felt ridiculous being part of a coin hobby whose members can collect money but can't count to 100.
The die cracks are sweet and the rim lightness can be explained by the strike so it does not detract from the grade or the overall appeal of the coin. I would be tempted to call it Very Fine but the dark matter in the letters and throughout the design, along with the few light hairlines around the stars, would keep me from raising my grade.
