I have to agree with the MS63. I'd like to go higher but the mark just below the mouth and the one on the eagle's breast hold me back Nice fields though.

Looks like an easy 64 to me. My first thought was 65 but the mark below the mouth would likely hold it under gem.
This is a frosty fully struck up piece with strong eye appeal and excellent luster. Nearly every mark is simply a frost disturbance except for the aforementioned hit below the mouth.

I'd have to say 64 as well, as mentioned by BH, a number of obverse marks look pretty superficial.

MS63 Typical Heavy Frosty Lustre ,looks like a pleasing coin . The mark on the chin Is detracting , keeping this from a loftier grade .

I personally think it's a 63. Having said that, I've seen worse in a 64 slab, so what grade the TPG's would give it is hard to say.

The fields look pretty clean aside from a possible ding underneath the P and L of PLURIBUS, but those gouges under the lips sure do hurt. I'll say MS62-MS63

strike should be bold and sharp for this year and its pretty good. lots of luster hanging around. the reverse looks pretty good but there are several small hits on the breast. the hits just below the lip is the most prominent and will hold the grade back a little. A couple surface marks and rub on the obverse with the hits above the eye and cheek will also affect grade. I think its a better than the average MS63 but those 2 digs under the lip will keep it from a 64 grade

Sorry for such a long delay in follow-up. I finally sent this coin to ANCC and it came back MS 63. Thanks to all responses prior to.
I'll be following -up with ANCC grading for other coins posted here as well.

heavy luster, I'm betting if it didnt have that hit under the lip it would have gone 64
