Why Does PMG Not Label The Low Serial Number 00000010 With "Binary" Label?

And also the 00000100 banknote is not labeled with "binary". But "binary" means the combination of the number "0" and "1". So these two notes meet the requirement. Why?

As far as the grading service is concerned it's just another serial number.

Maybe you could email them and ask? Maybe you could ask for a binary designation on the submission form?

A binary doesn't have to be 1s and 0s

The grading companies, particularly PMG have recently started adding comments like Binary or Serial Number 1 to the holder. They only used to do it in the past with a request from the submitter. I have a similar note in an older PMG holder that does not mention binary.
