Can't get a handle on this one, other than it's marking a 20th anniversary of some sort. Any thoughts?

38mm in diameter. Shown as found, bits of gunk on obverse seem to be hardened glue, so it'll get an acetone soak shortly.

@lucky, I'm getting absolutely nothing in my interwebs searching. I wonder if it isn't a sample from the token manufacturer to just show the sort of thing that they could do for potential customers. Sorta like a metal version of lorem ipsum--but this is a wild guess. I hope someone else here figures it out!

I also searched using all those names on the reverse, and you'd think something would pop up, but I came up with zilch as well.

Plus, why that blank rectangle on the reverse?
