This looked interesting to me......Any thoughts on what this could possibly be? To me it almost looks like a MAD clash similar to ones seen in the 1880, 1889, 1890 dated Indian Head cents. While not as strong, it certainly looks like a possibility.

The part on the reverse may be some part of a clash or it could be a big die gouge. Your coin has a re-punched date that looks good for snow-1 but in-hand attribution would confirm:
