Not a Doubled Die, that is what is known as Machine Doubling, the
worthless type of Doubling

Machine Doubling on the waves. A doubled die would be affected in the central area of the design. All the classis signs are there. Affecting the edges of the devices, all in the same direction. Reducing the sizes of the devices leaving a flat area. Just a spender. Probably also some MD on the incuse devices on the outer ring in the same direction.

As the Frog said...need better pics to make sure. But if the doubled area is as flat and shelf-like as it looks, its Machine Doubling.
