this is one of the coins on my sale list. i'd like to get CCF opinion of the coin for the buyer grade wise and I'm not sure if the obverse rim at K8-K10 is planchet related, strike or PMD. I can say that the rim is not pushed out in that area. I'm withholding my assessment so it doesn't influence anyone.

I'll say AU-58. Beautiful example.

Looks MS-63 to me. The rim issue doesn't look strike-related, I'm leaning towards a planchet defect. Although I guess PMD is also possible.

maybe this will help. here are couple other examples from that year. not as prominent as mine but you can see at K8-K10 something similar is going on.

Looks mint state, probably MS-63BN. The rim issue may cause a bit of net-grading but shouldn't cause a details verdict. Might be slight PMD, might be die damage. Doesn't look like a planchet defect. Typical strike weakness on the stars but otherwise has sharp detail.
I expect it should sell for $200-250.

Does the color raise any issues with anyone? .... kinda' chestnut colored. A bit of 'grime' on the reverse bottom ... Overall a nice coin.
