1970 Lincoln Memorial Cent No Mint Mark And Pretty Sure It A Small Date

I have this 1970 no mint mark and pretty dang sure it is a small date and it has an off color I am just getting into coin collection and any input helpful thanks in advance

And it weighs 3.1 so I would consider it copper but did they have small dates with no mint mark

to CCF. The no MM means it was made at the Philly mint. The SD was made at the San Fran mint. Need close up pics to tell,but since yours is not a S mint in doesn't matter that much. The off color looks like environmental toning. 3.1 grams is normal for a copper cent,1970 should be 3.1

Sorry, but I believe both cents shown are large dates. The curl in the 9 is the easiest way for me to tell.

Just San Francisco mint cents that year had the small date:

None from Philly.
