Normally on misaligned strikes, one die will be normally centered and the other die will be uncentered with part of the design missing just like an off center. I am confused as to why your coin shows all detail on both sides.

Uncommon but sometimes seen for 1960s Canadian 1c coins Zimmy, I have a few with both dies misaligned, albeit one is more offset than the other. It could be how the collar is set up with respect to the anvil and hammer dies?

OK Thanks....I am much more familiar with this error type on US coins and have never seen this affect before.

It has a rim, so not broadstruck.

I don't believe a MAD implies that part of the design is necessarily missing on one side.
