Where exactly? All I see is metal stress lines (might not be the correct term )

I call them die flow lines, near the rim. They generally point towards the center of the coin.
It's an indication of Die Deterioration from older dies.

The feeder finger scrapes Coop ID'd for me on my 2016P dime were on the center of the reverse and they were horizontal.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

Yes those lines are around the date and IGWT indicate that this dime was struck from a quickly-tiring die.

Die flow lines are visible on the obverse, but the die is just showing its age. So it is not a premium coin.

Just not a premium for these. Just explains a die event that happened to the die.
