I'm found this going thru some rolls of penny's, looks odd to me so I thought I would ask, is this a 1969 S DDO..

The big DDO shows a lot of hub doubling:
1969-S-Lincoln-Cent..-Need-Help-Identifying!!
Look at the red arrows to see where the largest spread is on this die. I do not see that on your coin. The 1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling on them and is common. It looks like this this:

These are not doubled dies.

Looks like a normal cent in the pictures you provided. Close ups may reveal more detail

Not the classic DDO. Larger, high-resolution photos with less glare (under diffused lighting) might help.
