ok I can't take a image small enough to fit on the forums.
but here is what it has. double clash marks on the right hand side of the leafs. clash marks on the left hand side of the leafs. clash marks above the arrows looks like a block. clash mark under the N in god we trust. and a funny angle line on the bottom of the F in untited states of america.
Clash marks at the back of her head zig zag shape.
clash marks under her lip and chin. and the broken die marks around the outside threw the date and starts. Goes around both sides.

can you help me with the VAM?
and can you tell me how hard it is to see the E. I belive something is their but I only have up to 5 times magnification

WELCOME TO THIS FORUM, I would love to assist you in the answers you seek, however the things you describe are all very common on the Morgan silver dollar. I would love to see a picture and I am sure the other members would also. There are some simple things you will need to know if you want to collect these dollars and want a better understanding of attributing a VAM # to a coin.I would suggest you go to the VAMWORLD.COM site, click on your year coin and also the mint it is from and check out the possibilities for which you might have.I would suggest you start with the date, check out the normal placement for a date and us your coin for a guide and follow the information, or just post a picture, and we can help you more, have fun, BE WELL, MIKE

tommy, what I'm seeing so far is the normal clash marks expected on a Morgan dollar. Very common. If possible, clearer pictures of the date, area between left tailfeathers and ribbon bow are needed. Also try to get a picture of the jaw and front neck line. Thanks.

Pictures will get better with time. I see the top of 7 in denticles and there is no mistaking the crack and break in the date. I agree. Nice looking coin.

Do they all have some clashing under the tail feathers? I have some where the E should be but it looks like a bunch I am trying to find a microscope to buy but can't find one.

tommy, they don't list any clashed E on this coin. Doesn't mean there is not one on your coin, a good clear close up of the area is needed to make any decision.
