Nice, wide spread around about half the rim elements.
Not Machine Doubling, see the split tip on top of the "S" in RUPEES. Don't think this is DDD, even though the direction of doubling is a bit erratic. I apologize for the image quality.

Yep, India has terrible quality control on their circulating coinage.

I took a closeup picture of the coin with my nifty new $16 digital microscope. Shows how dramatic the doubling is at 50x. Is this particularly useful? You tell me.
