Nice work @BS! Interestingly, the inscription on the obv is a slight variation of what is shown in numista. This one seems to be +GLA * In EXCELS * DO.

The inscription on reverse, MONETA ARGEN, may at first appear to mean "silver money" but the Latin name of Strasbourg was Argentoratum. The coin here is significantly smaller than the Numista coin so perhaps 1/2 kreuzer?
