It's listed as LC-45, Br 670. Neither gives a possible date of manufacture. The token was originally designed for Tobias D. Seaman of Belleville, NJ but it was rejected. The letter U was added to the die and these were issued. Tobias lived from 1811-1859. I would guess that these were made in the late 1830's.
