I grabbed this one from ebay advertised as off-center. I think it might be a broadstrike? Also might be 1999P-1DR-019. Any feedback is appreciated.

I'm not good with errors so I can't say for sure if it's a broadstrike or off-center. It is 100% a doubled die reverse. It looks good from the picture you provided for the listing you think it is. Check for any die markers to confirm it. The lower part of the doubled area on 1DR-019 looks a little thicker than your coin, but I assume it's just different lighting.

I agree with Broadstruck error and also a Die variety DDR. Some may think this will will raise the value for the coin. But just the highest value will of the error or of the variety will be the final price. Why? It appeals to two different camps. To a variety collector, they will only off the money for the variety. To an error collector, the value is X amount for the variety. They don't care that it is a variety. So probably the error collector would pay more money for it, than a variety collector.
