1930-D LWC RPM-003 + Stain?

This coin has been cleaned, and there seems to be weird stains on it as well, making it more difficult to identify.

I'm assuming it's RPM-003, but the date has been slightly flattened, causing the mintmark position to look off.

It matches where the RPM is, along with either a weird stain, or some strange form of Die Deterioration Doubling.

Hm fair point, the MM is indeed tilted.

Yet would it still be considered an RPM of some sort?

Hard to tell if there is an RPM in there. Not sure with all the stuff around the MM
