2020 marsh billings quarter error. I think it's called a strike through. The framed ring form backside struck through to face side. The ring is not a scratch the plangent is actually lifted and distorts the lettering "quarter dollar" and "united states of America"

to CCF. Going to need better photos. Most likely damage from a coin counting/wrapping/vending machine,but as I said need better pics.

@curtis, first welcome to CCF. Second, I hear what you are saying about this not being a scratch, but that arc-shaped mark is in the exact shape and location for damage from a coin rolling machine. Scraping away parts of the letters to distort them also makes it pretty clear that it is damage.
