I agree.
Also, make sure to flatten those staples so you don't end up damaging other coins when you stack the 2x2's.

From what I see , looks like MS-63 . But do what the others have said .

I wouldn't use the scanner. The lighting looks decent on the last obverse image. Try to recreate that with closer and sharper images (cropped as close as you can to the coin) and you should be ok . Removing the coin from the holder allows for a better judgment of surfaces. Looks possibly MS-64.
