BadThad Bedrock of the Community United States 19964 Posts	Posted 01/18/2021 6:22 pm Have to go with little info from the pictures...but welcome to CC! Appears to be a mint state coin that has had the obverse abraded by something. The reverse is toned based on the picture. The rim looks like this coin may have been encased (area below bust looks odd) which is why the obverse is so abraded but the reverse looks fine. Sadly, using coins as jewelry ruins all the collector value. The 1955-S issue is a common coin, even perfect these only sell for a few bucks.
