Hello,

About 11 Years ago I posted a topic in this forum about taking coin pictures See Post Here if interested. In that post I was using a scanner and a 10 Mega-pixel camera. The coin came out terrible.

Now I'm taking pictures with my I-Phone and I'm not worried about perfection or selling the coins, just showing them off. I don't care if they look flat I just try to keep things in focus as much as I can and not frustrate myself to death over it. I'm still learning about lighting but I'm sure that will come with time and practice. Anyway, here are some coin pictures.

A bit out of focus and you need to somehow put a filter over your light source. Nice coins by the way.
