I found this penny today and it has a strange raised line running diagonally from the second S in States all the way to just north of the O in One. There is definitely a crack or something going on with the second S. I am new to this so I was hoping someone could tell me what is going on. Is there any premium?

Has characteristics of a plating bubble, and has hints of a die crack at the S in STATES. Curious.
