Hello,

Please excuse the bad picture quality. I'd appreciate anyone's opinion

of what type of error (if any) this is. It weighs 3.1 grams, and is

substantially larger in diameter than a regular penny.

It looks like it has a bezel around it.

You can see at the bottom of the reverse where there was a clasp attached.

It probably can be removed but why bother, it is only worth one cent either way.

Note the bottom of the reverse. You can see where the hanger used to be.
