My2cent Valued Member United States 484 Posts	Posted 01/21/2021 2:58 pm Is that possible? Or would you call it something else since it's not a cent? As you can see on the obverse of the coin there are these lines over the entire surface and the reverse has the same thing but it has so much environmental damage that you cannot tell. Adam_E Pillar of the Community United States 4846 Posts	Posted 01/21/2021 3:10 pm I believe these are roller lines from the stock rollers, you sometimes see indentations from material that got stuck between the roller and planchet material, but roller lines are fairly common. Big-Kingdom Pillar of the Community United States 1667 Posts	Posted 01/21/2021 4:14 pm I'd have to go with roller lines although it could be streak staining also. it's a shame it's so environmentally damaged though, either way it doesn't have any real collector value, as people don't care much about roller lines to start, and the rest of the damage really don't help at all.
