1970 S Unlisted Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ?

SilverCents Pillar of the Community United States 3281 Posts	Posted 01/27/2021 07:29 am This one seems extreme. You can see on the bottom loop that there are a good number of split serifs. Normally I'd think this would be a die chip or a broken post but the split serifs match the S design. Thoughts? Report this Post to the Staff

Even the RPM-001 shows the same thing: You can see the same affect on the lower loop. But this is a North and that damaged punch is not part of the RPM. Report this Post to the Staff
