Above "Trust" looks like a perfect dead end channel or groove. What is this called?

I think I remember @coop had explained this before but can't remember what he had written. Maybe he will chime in.

If it is raised, then it might have been a fin. (Fins are only valuable if the are thin and raised.

They get flattened when they are rolled tightly in the wrappers.

If it is incuse, then it is probably damage to the coins rim. (Can't tell from the image if it is raised or incuse on the rim)

Thanks guys, It is definitely incuse hence the "Rim Channel" (not a wall) description.

Would likely have happened in the milling process?

No, it was probably damaged in a counting machine. (Too new to be a vending machine issue)

I cannot determine the nature and origin of this narrow, curved channel. I can't rule out post-strike damage.

Found another of these. That makes 3 coins found with the mark in the same location. I've seen this anomaly on previous posts and it seems to always involve a slight MAD?

I'm not trying to beat a dead horse, just documenting.

I suspect some kind of filament, wire, or metal shaving became lodged in the die's rim gutter and was struck into a series of planchets. An interesting phenomenon.

I now have found 6 of these. Does anyone have advice whether or not sending a couple of these off to anacs (or somewhere else) might be worthwhile as a slab with a unique error label?

Thanks for taking a second look Mike.
