That one looks like lamination peel. The material that separated has fall off/peeled off the coin.

Thanks. That is what I thought it was but have not seen one in a long time so just wanted to be sure.

Nope. Either struck through or it's damage. There's nothing peeled off that coin. It's a rounded indentation. I would need to see the other side of the coin just opposite that mark to know which it is.
