Unfortunately, no added value. The filled D (mint mark) is created by a relatively fragile portion of the die (the 'post') breaking off--causing the interior of the D to fill with metal when the coin is struck.

That is what is known as a broken post. Quite common on D and P mint marks.
It holds no extra value as there are so many of them out there.

It looks like a "Broken Post" on the die. The center of the mint mark simply broke off of the die and allowed the metal from the planchet to flow into the resulting open area. These are fairly common and doesn't add value to the coin.
