It looks like it was struck with a Grease Filled Die. Interesting example.

to CCF. no mint mark means it was minted in Philly. It does look like a Struck Through Grease and 2x2 worthy.

very nice grease coin I can see all the letters and the d mint mark and all the letters but very faint
