Not a Cud but I suspect it's a fin folded over.

I agree with kanga, looks like a folded Rim Fin to me as well

Not a fin issue. but a struck through debris issue. A fin would show on the outside edges of the rim and not that tall. You can see the debris covering over part of the edge of the coin.
