to CCF. RPM's stopped in 1990,so it can't be that. I see one P mint mark.

I see the shadow of a P above the P, but it could just be coincedence I guess

Pareidolia may be in play.

One could say there is a tiny, upside down eagle with wings spread, to the right of the mint mark near the rim--on the fist photo.

Yes, coincidental staining could be a cause.

EDIT: Hard to tell that it is raised or not from the pictures though.

It would be nice to see if that is DDD on all devices with the metal moving towards the rim. But this maybe a DDO if this is the only area affected. (including the mintmark) So I need more images to tell what is going one with this one.

Coin photography is difficult. Try playing with your lighting (diffused is best). A lot of us here use our phone's camera which should be able to zoom in more than enough. And sometimes less magnification is best. Practice, and you'll get better in nothing flat!
