1960 Lincoln Memorial Cent - My First Coin Ever Collected From "change"

dbrablec Pillar of the Community United States 1944 Posts	Posted 12/16/2008 07:31 am here is a scanned image of the very first coin I ever remember saving, from change. in 1960 I was seven years old, and just "discovering" coin collecting. I was allowed to take a few coins from my mother's change purse. this one was kept in a small jar with a piece of cloth to prevent it from moving around. somewhere along the way, I placed it in a clear acrylic holder where it still remains. I grade it a large (i re-read the description and agree ((L.D.)) date, nearly MS. opinions are welcomed. thanks Edited by dbrablec 12/16/2008 10:36 am Report this Post to the Staff
