Rather linear.
I am tending to lean towards it being a die scratch.

I'm thinking we need (much) closer in, high resolution images of the area concerned. Simply can't tell with the photos posted. Sorry.

If it is raised, it could be a die crack. Looks like it flows edge to edge. Clad coins don't have plating bubbles.
