Okay I understand what Rim Fin is but that does not explain why it has doubling on. The rim and its not thiner its off center On obverse and reverse so it couldn't of been Tilted For to say more like it resembles a tilted mad Double strike That's exactly what it looks like MAD Tilted DD I'm explaining that would have had to happen all at the same time for it to resemble this It even has a die crack Along that too as well That would be for that would have happened at the exact same time And I don't even know if that's possible but the coin says it is

I do not see any signs of a double strike.

1 and 2 is the rim that looks a tiny bit mis-aligned. 3 is glare from your light. Are you searching coins with a hand held scope that has a built in light? The pictures are really pixelated and out of focus. The date looks like MD and I don't know what you're talking about with the ear. Even harder trying to decipher what you say

to the CCF!

It may show a slight collar clash on the rim, but I don't think it shows doubling or evidence of a double strike.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!
