This D mint mark seems to have moved, what kind of error is this? Is this rare or common? I'm still learning, thank you for any help. :)

Not an error. It's called Split Plate Doubling.
You can see the zinc core peeking out.
No extra value

Yes, split plating associated with the mint mark--not uncommon with Zincolns. Gongrats on the decent photos.

Also both sides of the coin is showing DDD. ( Die Deterioration Doubling) Just a spender coin. Without the split plating, the coin could have been used in a coin folder. But just a face value coin.
