I have this 1960 LMC, it looks like a small date over large date, I'm not sure. I got it from the local gas station couple days ago, it is a very clean coin too, I mean at least to me it is.. I need help identifying

Need close up of date. Did you find a match on any of the 3 sites we use?

Yes a close-up is needed. Your overall pics are very good, but this is the best I can do with them to look at the just the region of interest around the date:

This is a normal 1960 large date. No MM because it was minted in Philly

On the over date, the '0' is the clue on these:
