1944 LWC Lamination Error?

Here is a 1944 LWC that appears to have a slight lamination on the reverse. Right or wrong? Trying to brush up my skills. Something, or not?

I'm seeing it in the last photo. It's fairly minor, but definitely there.

Yes, very minor, yet for sure seperation from the base metal. I could be wrong. Just trying to refine my eye for things now that I am am familiar with the causes.
