Not seeing much (as so little of the coin is shown) Die Deterioration, but lots of physical deterioration. Must have been subject to acidic soil conditions, or spent some time amongst gravel in a parking lot. Lots of PMD, so much that no numismatic value at this point remains. Spend it and don't look back.
