Ran across this while searching coin rolls that I just picked up from the bank. I feel certain this is a "woody" and not just roller lines, but would like a second opinion.

Thanks!

I'm thinking woody. Any way to improve the lighting--a bit more vertical--and take a couple more photos?

Agreed, it's a woody. They're not quite as common on the later wheaties.

Thanks for replying! I don't have the greatest setup, but here is a couple more with some better lighting.

I'm confused. The first set of pics is of a 1962 that looks like a clipped planchet and the alloy mix looks normal and uniform from what I can tell. Did you accidentally post the wrong coin at first or is everyone else seeing something else for the first set of pics. The second set of pics of the 1940 is def a woody and an awesome example. Nice score.

They were showing correctly for me on Saturday and now are replaced with the '62.
