There is more wear on the obverse then the reverse . So I will net this coin at F-12 .

I'll say VF-20/25 sharpness but a bit concerned about those bluish areas on obverse. Possibly recolored?

Interesting coin. I'm not sure what to think of this one. The obverse peripheral strike is decent, but the central devices are weaker. The reverse is sharp. It's definitely in the F/VF area. Maybe net F-15?

At least VF-20, and the color looks OK. Nice coin!

VF-20 and most likely would straight grade.
