Doubling on 8 on date 1989 d reverse side can someone give me some emphasis on the coin

to CCF. That is DDD=die deterioration doubling. No added value.it is from a worn out die.

You can also see it on the 9's and the D.
Notice how the doubling is flowing towards the rim, that usually signifies
Die Deterioration Doubling, a worthless type of doubling.
