Needed this one. Picked it for $12. Actually bought 2, one was a score and the other wasn't. Both MS66RD.
Not an easy RPM to find. Very nice example.

I have a question regarding the mint mark on this coin. What would cause the near break in the top of the S? Could it be a die polishing issue? Or was the punch that was used to strike the date damaged? Or an idea I am missing?

That's part of the repunch. Later stages doesn't show it as well or not at all but you can still see the separation on that area.
