Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing well. I found this cent, a while back, and just stumbled across it again. It's a Philly 1960 in very good condition. The lines of the smaller 0 are visible all the way around, as well as the small/large 6's. I cant find any info though. Please help

The biggest clue on these are the zero in the date:

The large over small date enlarges that digit the most.
